Do you accept insurance?

EPL does not accept private insurance as an out of network provider. Upon payment and completion of your child's therapy session, a superbill will be provided to you in order to submit to your insurance company and apply for reimbursement. No doctor's prescription is required to evaluate or treat your child.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling it made easy using Simple Practice Client Portal. There you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments without needing to call or text. You will also have access to all HIPPA compliant documentation, waivers, and forms.

Where do I go for therapy?

The beauty of private therapy is that you do not need to leave your home! We aim to keep therapy services convenient for caregivers and in your child's natural environment. Services can be provided in office, at home, or via telehealth.

What if my child has already been evaluated?

If you would like to share your child’s current evaluation, you may not need to schedule a full evaluation with EPL. We can work with information provided to target meaningful and reachable goals, as well as, consult with previous therapists.

How long are sessions?

Therapy sessions may range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon your child's level of attention, participation, and needs. Evaluations take a minimum of one hour. Multiple sessions per week may be recommended at shorter increments.
